This product has the perfect amount of lemon. It tastes amazing when served alone on heart of romaine lettuce with boat spoons, or even better with or without dressing. I used an entire pack of it for 8 large romaine boats. It’s enough for a sandwich or two, depending on the size of the bread used or if the tuna is paired with other ingredients such as mayo and relish. I find this product to have a great tuna taste with lemon. It works well on its own and can be enjoyed either hot or cold with pasta or in a tuna wrap or roll. As someone with Celiac disease, I have to be cautious about food andlabels, and not all flavors are gluten-free. This one however, contains a small amount of fat, which is helpful as I continue to recover from gallbladder removal surgery. My appetite is still low, so I need to consume as much protein as possible, and this product provides 17 grams of protein.
